Contaminated Land Remediation
G.Webb Haulage Ltd specialises in the haulage of all types of contaminated soils in bulk. Some examples of the types of waste materials transported include:-
- Gasworks waste
- Asbestos waste
- River silt
- Sewage sludge
- Chemical contaminated soils
G.Webb Haulage also offer a haulage and disposal service for contaminated sites. We can provide sound advice gained through many years of experience in this field. Bulk excavation and / or machine loading is also available.
The majority of our drivers and operatives are specially trained and possess the 'ADR' vocational qualification. G.Webb Haulage also employs a full time Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA) as is now a legal requirement for the transport of certain types of waste.
Some recent examples of bulk road haulage contracts undertaken include:-

- Millenium Dome Ground Enabling Works, Greenwich: Haulage of approximately 250,000 tonnes of gasworks waste to landfill sites in Bedfordshire, Bucks and Northamptonshire.
